Kettlebell Conditioning Complex – 8 Cleans/5 Squats/3 Presses

This one’s quick and simple, but not easy.

This Kettlebell Complex consists of cleans, squats, and presses. You need just one kettlebell to do it.

Start by doing 8 cleans with your left arm, then go right into 5 one-arm front squats and 3 presses with your left.

Swing-switch to your right hand and do the same on the right side.

Park the bell after you’ve done one round on each side. Rest as little as you need, then repeat.

Go for a total of five rounds on each side.

Men aim to use a 20 or 24kg kettlebell, women a 12 or 16kg kettlebell.
