Hey, I’m Riley.

I’m an author and Certified Online Trainer with over two decades of experience in the gym.

I’m happily married with four kids, and I love to train and compete. I’ve been fortunate enough to take part in — and coach athletes to — a variety of World Championship events.

For the past five years, I have been hard at work helping 30-50-year-olds reach their fitness goals and feel young again. While most of the people I work with are interested in obstacle course racing, kettlebells, and rucking, some just want to live and feel better, too.
