The rack position is one of the most important positions in the kettlebell world.
Not only do we finish our cleans in the rack position, but we also press and front squat from here as well.
It’s important we learn to do it properly.
The most common issue with the rack is that we clean or rack the kettlebell too high. We don’t want it on our arm or shoulder, we want that bell sitting tight against our side with our shoulder packed and lat firing.
Fix your rack position and you’ll be able to press heavier weights and front squat like a beast.
