I’ve been a fit dad and I’ve been a fat dad.
Without a doubt, it’s better to be fit.
I weighed over 225 pounds when my youngest daughter was born. I was “big and strong” but had no energy, was embarrassed to take my shirt off, and struggled to get down on the floor to play with her. Getting her out of the bath was especially a struggle.
Being big and strong wasn’t cutting it. My kids were growing and I needed to weigh less. I needed to have more energy. I needed to feel young and mobile again.
So I got to work...
I read everything I could find and tried it all.
Extreme workouts. Strict diets. I stopped eating carbs. I started running. I tried intervals, HIIT, P90X, Stronglifts, and everything in between.
I ended up burned out. Skinny fat. Injured. And depressed...
Being overweight, out of shape, and watching your health and life vanish is a special kind of misery.
Fed up, frustrated, and tired of wasting money on bogus fitness advice, I chose to take matters into my own hands.
I invested tens of thousands of dollars into coaching, courses, and certifications.
I learned everything from nutrition and weight loss to strength training and mobility. And, through trial and error, I completely changed my life.
It wasn’t easy, but through my own transformation -- and those of the countless fathers I've worked with over 9+ years -- I developed a fool-proof, easy-to-follow process that has allowed me to maintain a lean, healthy body through the craziness of busy family life.
At one point a few years ago, I was working three jobs and coaching three football teams. With the principles and easy to follow guidelines I developed, I not only stayed in shape during this insane time, but managed to get stronger, too.
If you’re a busy dad who desperately wants to find a way to burn fat, build muscle, and live a better, more active and fulfilling life, you're in the right place.
Through my VIP Coaching Program, I help driven dads…
